WorkYield (“we”, “us”) provides HR and recruitment analytics for workplace tools your organization already uses. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
- Account data: name, email, profile photo, and the organization you belong to.
- Authentication data: when you sign in with Google, we receive your basic profile (name, email, avatar) via OAuth. We do not read your Gmail, Drive, or other Google data.
- Integration data: when you connect Slack, GitHub, or Google Calendar, we receive only the scopes you approve (e.g. channel activity, commit metadata, calendar events) to compute the analytics you requested.
- Usage data: logs, device, browser, and IP address for security and product analytics.
2. How we use your information
- To provide, secure, and improve WorkYield.
- To compute the analytics, reports, and dashboards your organization uses.
- To communicate with you about your account, billing, and product updates.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share data only with sub-processors that help us run the service (hosting, payments, email delivery) under contractual data protection terms, and when required by law.
4. Data retention
We retain your data while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing support@getworkyield.com.
5. Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. OAuth tokens are stored encrypted and accessible only to backend services that need them.
6. Your rights

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice.
