Finally see who drives outcomes —
without surveillance.
We are currently onboarding a limited number of pilot organizations to help shape the future of privacy-first workforce intelligence.
WorkYield connects to the tools your team already uses and transforms workplace activity into meaningful contribution insights — so leaders can make smarter workforce decisions based on contribution, not presence.
AI evaluates delivery, collaboration, execution, and knowledge-sharing patterns across your workplace tools to surface meaningful contribution insights.
Built for remote and hybrid organizations with 25–1000 employees that want visibility into contribution without employee surveillance.

Help shape the future of privacy-first workforce intelligence.
We're onboarding a small group of remote and hybrid organizations as design partners. You get direct influence on product direction — and we get the unvarnished feedback that makes the product better.
- Direct Slack access to the founder
- Custom scoring calibration for your org
- Quarterly strategy review with the team
- Locked-in pilot pricing for 12 months
Connects with the tools your team already uses
One platform. Every leader.
Understand workforce contribution and organizational effectiveness.
Gain objective visibility into workforce trends and engagement.
Track delivery momentum, collaboration, and execution patterns.
Identify bottlenecks and improve cross-functional coordination.
Different roles. Same clarity.
- Clear visibility into team productivity
- Data-backed strategic decisions
- Early identification of performance gaps
You're investing in talent blind.
Companies pour millions into headcount with little objective visibility into how work is actually flowing — where momentum is building, where it's stalling, and where leaders should focus next.
Activity ≠ contribution
Status updates, online indicators, and meeting attendance look like work — but tell leaders almost nothing about who is driving outcomes.
Remote & hybrid blind spots
Distributed teams broke traditional oversight. Leaders need a way to see how work flows across tools without resorting to surveillance.
Time spent ≠ value created
The average knowledge worker logs 45+ hours a week across calendars and chat. Hours alone tell you nothing about decisions made or deliverables shipped.
Meeting overload
Executives spend an estimated 23 hours a week in meetings. Without contribution signal, it's hard to tell which of those hours actually move the business forward.
One score. Every contribution.
WorkYield reads the work your team is already doing — across every tool — and turns the noise into clarity.
Seamless integration
Connects with Slack, Jira, Email, and Docs in minutes. Zero workflow disruption.
Real work signals
Captures decisions made, deliverables shipped, problems solved — not keystrokes.
AI noise filtering
AI models distinguish meaningful contribution from low-impact activity using workplace activity patterns and collaboration signals.
Contribution Score
A single, objective score for every person and team — refreshed automatically throughout the week.
Manager dashboards
Real-time team visibility with weekly and monthly performance reports.
Employee self-insights
Personal dashboards help individuals understand and improve their own output.
Team contribution at a glance
The weekly score every leader checks first — output vs noise, broken down by person.

Every signal, classified by AI
Tickets, docs, PRs and messages tagged as delivery, decision or noise — calibrated per role.

Leader Digest, delivered Monday
12-week contribution trend, top movers, collaboration trends, and contribution patterns — in one scrollable page.

What lands in your inbox Monday morning.
WorkYield transforms workplace activity into executive-ready workforce intelligence — a single weekly report your leadership team can act on.
- ✓Teams gaining momentum this week
- ✓Delivery slowing or at risk of slipping
- ✓Collaboration bottlenecks slowing delivery
- ✓Teams at risk of overload or burnout
- ✓Emerging workforce risks worth attention
- ✓AI-generated recommendations leaders can act on
Transparent by design. Auditable by default.
Contribution Score is a weighted blend of four signal families — delivery, collaboration, execution, and knowledge-sharing — aggregated from the workplace tools your team already uses. Weights are tuned per role, every signal is auditable, and any score drills down into the underlying activity. No black box.
| Signal | Weight |
|---|---|
| Shipped work (PRs merged, Jira tickets closed) | High |
| Strategic decisions & technical proposals | High |
| Cross-team collaboration on docs & specs | Medium |
| Issue triage, code review, unblockers | Medium |
| Meeting attendance only (no follow-through) | Low |
| Passive activity (online status, idle pings) | Very Low |
What we never do.
- No keystroke or screen tracking — ever.
- No idle timers, no webcam, no clipboard reads.
- Scores are explainable: every number drills into the underlying signals.
We share the inputs, not the secret sauce — so you can challenge any score in a 1:1 the same week it surfaces.
A lens, not a replacement for judgment.
Contribution Score helps leaders identify contribution patterns across teams. It is not intended to replace performance reviews, manager judgment, career development discussions, or compensation decisions. Human judgment should always remain part of any people-related decision.
Unlike employee monitoring software, WorkYield does not watch employees.

- ✕Capture screenshots
- ✕Track keystrokes
- ✕Monitor mouse activity
- ✕Read emails
- ✕Read Slack or Teams messages

WorkYield focuses on outcomes, not surveillance.
Reward contribution, not visibility.
Traditional monitoring tools often reward people who look busy. WorkYield is designed to avoid signals that frequently misrepresent employee value.
- ✕Time online
- ✕Mouse movement
- ✕Meeting attendance alone
- ✕Application usage time
- ✕Keyboard activity
- ✓Project completion
- ✓Deliverable creation
- ✓Cross-functional collaboration
- ✓Consistent contribution patterns
- ✓Work execution across connected tools
The goal is not to measure activity. The goal is to understand contribution.
A four-step AI pipeline, running silently.
Connect tools
One-click OAuth into Slack, Jira, Gmail and Docs. Data stays scoped and encrypted.
Example: Connect your team's Slack workspace and Jira project in under 2 minutes.
Aggregate activity
We stream every meaningful event into a unified work graph in real time.
Example: a closed Jira ticket, two Google Doc comments, and a Slack thread in #product all land in one team timeline.
AI classifies work
Models tag each signal as decision, delivery, or coordination — calibrated per role.
The system identifies time-intensive collaboration patterns and highlights opportunities to improve delivery efficiency across the team.
Insights & weekly reports
Contribution trends, delivery momentum, and weekly leader reports — at the team and org level.
Example: your Monday exec digest shows where delivery accelerated, where collaboration is healthy, and where workflow bottlenecks are emerging.

WorkYield collects activity metadata
We begin reading the shape of work — PRs, tickets, docs, decisions — never message content.
Receive your first Contribution Insights
Get your first team insights within 7 days, plus a weekly Leader Digest every Monday.
No workflow changes. No employee monitoring software. No agents to install.
You don't need to read the words to see the work.
A merged pull request, a completed Jira ticket, a shared document and a cross-functional thread are often stronger evidence of contribution than the underlying text. WorkYield reads the shape of work — never the content.
A peer reviewed and approved real, shippable work — stronger than reading the code itself.
A scoped problem moved from open to done, with timestamps and assignees as evidence.
Knowledge created and circulated — visible from the share event, not the contents.
Coordination across teams, measurable by who showed up and when — not what they typed.
How we flag at-risk contributors.
Retention risk in WorkYield is not a personality score and not a prediction about anyone's intent to leave. It's a pattern flag based on measurable changes in someone's own work signals over time.
- Sustained drop in delivery signals (PRs merged, tickets closed) over 4–6 weeks
- Reduced cross-functional collaboration vs the person's own baseline
- Sharp decline in response latency or async participation in owned channels
- Divergence from peer-group trend in the same role and team
Surfaces a private nudge to the contributor and an aggregated trend to their manager: "this person's delivery pattern has changed — worth a 1:1."
No content analysis, no sentiment scoring on messages, no automated HR action. The flag is a conversation starter, not a verdict.
I'm an HR & recruitment professional who spent years helping growing companies build leadership teams. The same painful conversation kept repeating in every debrief — managers couldn't separate the people doing the work from the people talking about the work.
Every existing answer made it worse. Surveillance tools tracked keystrokes and mouse jiggles. Survey platforms measured vibes. None of them answered the actual question a CEO asks at the board meeting: who is moving the company forward?
WorkYield is the tool I always wished existed when I was placing executives — one that measures contribution from the artifacts people already create, without ever watching them work.
What pilot teams are saying.
“After years recruiting for high-growth teams, the same pattern keeps repeating: the loudest people get promoted. WorkYield finally makes the quiet contributors visible.”
“We piloted WorkYield with our engineering org and finally had a defensible answer to ‘who's actually shipping?’ — without staring at green dots.”
“The privacy posture is what got our works council to approve it. No keystroke logging was non-negotiable.”
- −23%meeting overload surfaced
- +31%delivery visibility
- 4at-risk contributors caught early
Pilot results from anonymized customer deployments. Numbers vary by team size and tooling.
Best-fit organizations.
We'd rather lose a bad-fit deal than ship a dashboard that lies about your team. If you see your org below, we can probably help.
25–1,000 employees, async-first, multiple time zones.
Where Jira, GitHub and PRs are the source of truth.
Billable knowledge workers across distributed clients.
Mixed in-office and remote, with Slack as the spine.
- 25–1,000 employees in knowledge-work roles
- Slack, Microsoft Teams, or Google Workspace as the daily spine
- Jira, Linear, GitHub, or Asana as the system of record for work
- Remote, hybrid, or distributed across two or more time zones
- A People, RevOps, or Engineering leader who owns performance data
- Shift work & frontline operations
- Field service or factory floor
- Sub-10-person teams with no tooling spine
If you're unsure, talk to the founder — we'll tell you straight.

Built to understand contribution — not monitor behavior.
If you've evaluated tools like ActivTrak, Hubstaff, Time Doctor, Teramind, or InterGuard, WorkYield is the opposite category — workforce intelligence for leaders, not surveillance software for managers.

We measure contribution. Not surveillance.
WorkYield was built on a simple belief: teams perform best when they trust the tools they use. We're not employee monitoring software — we're workforce intelligence, and the difference is everything.
What we read vs. what we don't
In plain terms: we see that work happened. We never see what was said or written.
Your data, your control
Employee-first dashboards
Every team member gets a personal Contribution Score dashboard, private to them by default. They choose what to share.
Manager view = aggregated only
Managers see team-level trends, not individual message logs. Unshared dashboards roll into anonymized averages.
One-click disconnect
Any employee can disconnect tools or pause data collection at any time. No approval required.
Data retention you set
Choose 30 days, 90 days, or 1 year. After that, metadata is permanently deleted.
Security & compliance
How our AI actually works
Signal detection
We identify that a Slack message was sent in a project channel, a Jira ticket closed, or a Doc shared.
Context mapping
We understand relationships between events — e.g., ticket closed after 3 threads and 2 doc edits.
Contribution classification
AI categorizes the pattern as high-value work, coordination, or low-impact — by timing, collaboration, outcome.
Score calculation
Individual and team Contribution Scores are derived from these patterns.
We do not use your data to train general AI models. Your company's work patterns are used only for your own scoring calibration.
"We will never sell employee data. We will never build surveillance features. We will always default to employee privacy."
If we ever change this pledge, we'll notify you 90 days in advance — and you can export and delete everything with one click.
WorkYield vs. traditional monitoring
Frequently asked questions
Can my boss read my Slack messages through WorkYield?
No. We have no access to message content — only metadata: that a message was sent, in which channel, when, and between whom.
What if I don't want my data included?
Opt out entirely or pause collection from your personal dashboard. Your manager sees only anonymized team data.
How is this different from employee monitoring software?
Monitoring tools record screens, track keystrokes, and read content. WorkYield analyzes work patterns — like GitHub's commit activity, but across your whole stack.
Where is my data stored?
You choose: US (us-east-1), EU (eu-west-1), or APAC (ap-southeast-1). Data never leaves your selected region.
Can we delete our data?
Yes. Account admins can request full deletion at any time. Completed within 30 days with a certificate of destruction.
Who owns the data?
You do. WorkYield is a data processor; your company is the data controller.
WorkYield is workforce intelligence for teams that trust each other.
Stop measuring activity.
Start measuring yield.
See how WorkYield turns the work your team already produces into clear, auditable contribution intelligence.
