Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of WorkYield. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
WorkYield provides HR and recruitment analytics that connect to your organization’s workplace tools (e.g. Slack, GitHub, Google Calendar) to generate dashboards and reports.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of your organization.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the service or attempt to disrupt it.
- Do not use WorkYield to violate any law or third-party rights.
- Do not reverse-engineer or resell the service without our written consent.
4. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Your data
You retain ownership of the data you submit. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.
6. Third-party integrations
When you connect a third-party service (Slack, GitHub, Google Calendar, payment providers), your use of that service is governed by its own terms. WorkYield is not responsible for third-party services.
7. Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WorkYield disclaims all implied warranties.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WorkYield’s aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
