Founder
WorkYield was founded by an HR & recruitment professional who spent years helping high-growth companies build leadership teams. Years of placing executives and engineers revealed the same gap: managers had no defensible way to identify their real top performers.
The market's answer was surveillance software. We thought that was the wrong answer. So we built the right one.
Company story
We started in 2025 with a small group of pilot teams across SaaS and product organizations. The first version of the Contribution Score has been refined against more than a million real workplace signals — and against feedback from the employees being measured, not just the managers doing the measuring.
Today, WorkYield is in active pilots with remote-first companies from 30 to 500 employees. Public availability follows in the coming quarters.
